It was a lovely morning at the courthouse!

The Naturalization Ceremony for 59 new citizens was well attended. Thanks to TDW members Carol Biggs, Judy McCoy, Evelyn Mermonstein, Olivia Simonich, and Linda Coats for distributing welcome bags. The bags have a flag, some “vote” candy, a Brazos County Democratic pencil, voting information, Democratic Party philosophy information, 2008 candidate material, plus a voter card. We also registered several new citizens after the ceremony. Congratulations new citizens!
